Wine

Our wine list is carefully curated by Wine Director Mark Thompson and is subject to seasonal variation and availability.  The wines change frequently and, as such, the list shown online is just a snapshot in time.  

As a leading San Francisco Sommelier, operator, and top hospitality figure, Mark has brought his passion for great wine and service to Washington DC in order to complement Dauphine's cuisine. Mark honed his skills at some of the top restaurants on the West Coast including Masa’s, Saison, Mourad, and Mosu. He has been an integral part of these restaurants achieving numerous accolades and Michelin stars. 


Our sommeliers are happy to open that special bottle you may bring from your cellar. The corkage fee is $35 per 750ml bottle.  We do limit it to 2 bottles per reservation and to selections not represented on our list.
