Each month, members can recreate classic recipes and new favorites, crafted with seasonal ingredients. From Long Shot Hospitality, the team behind Washington, D.C.’s beloved restaurant, The Salt Line, Dauphine’s creates a transportive experience inspired by the playful city of New Orleans. Led by Chef Douglas Alexander in tandem with Chef/Partner Kyle Bailey, Dauphine’s utilizes Mid-Atlantic ingredients to prepare classic New Orleans fare while also creating original dishes inspired by the iconic city. Located within the Midtown Center, at the site of the former The Washington Post building, guests can visit Dauphine’s for brunch, happy hour, or dinner in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.
